Lactation support is helpful for new mothers, providing direction on breastfeeding techniques and addressing difficulties. It fosters confidence and allows both mother and baby to prosper, leading to a fulfilling breastfeeding experience.
Prenatal Consultation​
This session includes the basics of making milk, breastfeeding in the hospital and first weeks at home as well as review of your personal lactation goals. Includes one 15 min virtual follow up session, to be used before delivery.

Breastfeeding Consultation
This session will include a full mom and baby history, a review of breastfeeding experience to date, concerns and current feeding practices. This session will provide opportunities to observe and practice different latch techniques, discuss personal breastfeeding goals, a care plan and referrals to other lactation support professionals as needed. Please note, in person is easiest to observe a breastfeeding session.
